Our Origin
MLVARI is born in the misty mountains of the Western Ghats in Kerala — a land globally celebrated for its biodiversity, fertile soil, and centuries-old spice heritage.
Here, in high-altitude plantations kissed by monsoon rains and cool mountain air, spices grow slower, richer, and more aromatic. This natural rhythm gives our spices their deep flavour, vibrant oils, and unmistakable character.
For generations, farmers in this region have cultivated black pepper, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, and other spices using traditional wisdom passed down through families. MLVARI works closely with these growers to preserve that authenticity while bringing their harvest to the global market.
We do not source from markets.

Every batch of MLVARI spices begins its journey in the forests, hills, and valleys of Kerala — carefully harvested, sun-dried, graded, and packed to retain the purity of origin.
